On April 9th 2016, my Daughter in Law, stopped and pick up some food-- 3 Dinners. My husband and I both work today, so when she came over, we were excited and hungry. So my Husband and I dug in, my Daughter in Law had to feed her Baby first. After a couple of bites, I looked at my Husband and said, this does not taste right, kinda like a mixture of bad oil/ Cleaning Chemicals.--Sanitizer. Told my Daughter in law, to not it hers. I called Yami, and the girl who answered the phone,acted like she didn't understand what I was saying. I gathered up the food and had to drive back over there. The girl behind the counter accused me, of being full and trying to get a refund...... I am 54 years old woman, trust me, I was far from full. She got snotty with me, and a man came over. Said he would refund The hibachi chicken dinner only (which was my Daughter in Laws--who was Breast feeding her Baby) , My Husband who is 58 and I were trying to choke it down, hoping with every bite it would taste better. It was so sour and tasted disgusting. My finger still smell of that oil from the egg rolls -- which we returned with our Dinners. We did take bites of them---SOUR. I am insulted how I was treated. I expect someone from this company to email me, at the address alone. I expect a full refund,. That girl should learn some manners, all she had to do was give me a refund for the rotten food, and I would have been happy and on my way. But she was rude . I am Calling The Health Department on Monday, filing a complaint. My Total Bill was $24.29.
